Financial Accountability
A Trustworthy Organization
At HOPE South Florida, stewardship and transparency is an integral part of everything we do — because we recognize that every resource entrusted to us can help transform lives and communities
As part of our stewardship, we optimize resources and distribute them where they are needed most. Any donation you make to Hope South Florida (HSFL) is deposited in a separate account for HSFL initiatives.
We carefully monitor and review programs costs and effectiveness, use donations and grants for their intended purposes, and look for ways to collaborate and leverage funds for maximum impact.
In addition, we continually strive to keep our overhead rate low. In 2009, 90 percent of our total operating expenses were used for programs that benefit homeless and hurting families.
Our effectiveness has earned the trust and support of hundreds of donors, churches, corporations, institutions, and government agencies.
HOPE South Florida, Inc is a Florida not-for-profit corporation and is registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. All donations are tax deductible.
